Born out of a love for sharing good things, Cheese Not Cheese bloomed after three years of growing in the hearts and dreams of Lucie Doughty and Lisa Botts. This book exists to share a positive experience with others. Food—especially incredibly delicious food—brings people together; it creates memories and good associations.
ABOUT THE AUTHORS
NON-DAIRY FAIRY (Lisa Botts) is a self-professed vegan foodie and lover of cheese. She is an emotional liberation counselor, sound healer, and meditation teacher who’s also certified in plant-based nutrition.

CHEESE LOUISE (Lucie Doughty) is a creative director and artist. Self-professed connoi-sumer of non-dairy cheese. Creative director and artist. Florals are her jam. She has a line of fine-art floral prints and designs floral wallpaper.

Both Lucie and Lisa share a passion for animals, people, the planet, and great tasting plant-based food. They love spreading nice-ness and exploring food frontiers with a wide-eyed curiosity. When not out and about, you can find them at home in the desert paradise of Palm Springs, California, with their pooches, Chispa and Poppy.
